5.Duty of confidentiality with the subcontractor concerned when providing or depositing
When we outsource all or part of our business to an external party, we will carefully select the party to which we outsource on the condition that it has a management system in place to appropriately protect personal information, and we will conclude a "Confidentiality Agreement on the Handling of Personal Information" with the party to which we outsource and strictly manage your personal information.
6.Appropriate protection of personal information
E4 manages the personal information of its customers in an appropriate and safe manner, and has put in place protective measures to prevent unauthorized access to, and the unauthorized use, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of, personal information from outside E4.
7.Discontinuance of the use of personal information, consent to deletion, etc.
You may request that we disclose, correct, or delete your personal information or that we stop using, providing, or depositing your personal information with a third party by contacting us at the following address. In such cases, E4 will confirm your identity and respond to your request within a reasonable period of time.

8.Compliance and review of laws, regulations and standards
E4 shall comply with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to personal information held by E4, and shall review and improve this policy from time to time.
